Superio provides web design and development services at zero upfront cost for the design phase. Clients are responsible for ongoing hosting, domain registration, and any third-party premium integrations requested during or after the build process.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary assets (such as logos, specific copy, and images) required to complete your project. Delays in providing these materials may result in project delays.
Upon final delivery and launch of the website, the client owns the rights to the specific content and design created for them, provided all third-party licensing requirements (such as stock photos or premium fonts) are met and maintained by the client.
In no event shall Superio be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or websites created by us.
